Gioia Von Staden

Hi! My name is Gioia Von Staden. I’m a senior at Barnard and originally from Michigan. My background in movement and dance began in ballet and then moved into more contemporary training. Movement has been a constant challenge, love, healer and necessity throughout my life. I will be using projection to research how environment affects the perception of movement and vice versa in the Movement Lab.
