  • Add to Calendar 2023-05-08 19:00:00 2023-05-08 20:30:00 Composing for Dance: Final Project Showcase Image   Student composers, improvisers, electronic musicians, and sound-artists from Columbia and NYU, come together with choreographers from Barnard, the greater New York area, and a movement artist from Iran to create original new works for music and dance. Each piece investigates a unique approach to the collaborative process, often also experimenting with lighting, projection, and film.
